REFUND POLICY

 

RETURNS
At 50 POWER, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped.
